I’m Sophy, founder of No Limits Occupational Therapy and a specialist OT with a passion for helping adults rebuild independence and confidence after brain injury, neurological trauma, or long-term illness.

With over 8 years’ experience across both the NHS and private sector, I bring a blend of clinical expertise and practical problem-solving to every case. My key areas of focus include:
